Report a problem

A little context helps us reproduce the issue. In your email, include:

• The tool name or page address.
• Your browser, operating system and device type.
• The file format and approximate size; for transcription, the selected model and processing option.
• What you tried, what you expected and the error message, if any.

Please avoid sending private recordings or sensitive subtitle text. If an example is needed, use a short, redacted sample you have permission to share.

Suggest a feature

Tell us what you are trying to do, which file formats you use and where the current workflow falls short. A concrete example is more useful than a long feature list.

Privacy and rights questions

Use the same email for privacy requests or a concern about content on the website. Include the relevant page and enough detail to identify the issue. See our Privacy Policy for how correspondence is handled, and our Terms of Service for using the tools.
