Using SubtitleDock
These terms govern your use of SubtitleDock. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You can contact the site operator at turbo76.work@gmail.com.
The current tools are free to use without an account. Processing takes place in your browser. Your device, browser support, available memory and network connection can affect whether a tool works and how long it takes.
Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you have in your recordings, subtitle files and other input. SubtitleDock does not claim ownership of that content or of the output you generate. Using a tool does not grant you rights in material owned by someone else.
You are responsible for having the permissions needed to process and use the material, including any required permission to transcribe a recording or publish its contents. Respect copyright, privacy and other applicable rights.
Review and save your output
Automated transcription can mishear speech, omit words or produce incorrect text and timing. File conversion can remove styles, positioning or other features that the output format does not support. Read the tool’s notes and check results against the original before relying on or publishing them.
Keep a copy of your originals and download your finished files. Working edits and transcripts are not a cloud backup and may be lost when you refresh, leave the page or close the browser.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe someone else’s rights, to introduce malicious code, to bypass security controls or to deliberately disrupt the website or its infrastructure.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements.
Availability and limitations
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, compatibility with every file or device, or a particular transcription speed or level of accuracy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on unreviewed output, failing to keep your own copies, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Third-party software and privacy
The tools use third-party software and, for transcription, downloadable models. Those components remain subject to their own licenses. These terms do not replace or remove rights granted under those licenses. Links to other websites do not mean that we control their services.
Our Privacy Policy explains local file processing, browser storage, model-download requests and email correspondence.
Changes and questions
We may update the tools and these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; changes apply to use after the updated terms are published.
For support or a rights concern, contact turbo76.work@gmail.com. Include the relevant page and a description of the issue so we can review it.
